On 23 November 2023 the award ceremony of the Szerethető Munkahelyek (Lovable Workplaces) competition organised by Dream Jobs took place, where the Tolnagro Group won the Lovable Workplaces Award in the large enterprise category. Entries for the competition were open in the summer of 2023 and a total of 1,834 companies took part.

Objectives: improving work processes, developing management skills, improving communication

The award was granted by one of the world's most respected business recognition programmes.
